Argentinian-inspired Deli & Bar. Rooted in Argentine food culture, shaped by Spanish and Italian influences, and brought to life in the Hunter Valley. Named after Norm, a Spanish ancestor who made his way to Argentina generations ago, NORM is a little nod to family heritage, good food and the joy of coming together. A little tradition, a little modern Australia.

By day, come in for breakfast, a sandwich, a coffee, a drink or a glass of wine. By night, settle in for wines, cocktails and mocktails, with a picada to share. Whether you’re popping in for lunch or catching up over drinks, we’d love to welcome you.
